Tips & TricksMy washing machine delayed end function relies on setting the time at which I wish the load to finish (i.e. I need to select end at 10.45pm). With the start of daylight savings, the clock of the washing machine is out of sync with the actual time. So when I think my laundry will finish at say 6pm when I get home from work, it actually finishes at 7pm.
I cannot find anywhere how to adjust the time. Surely it can't be that hard? Anyone can help?

Tips & TricksHi @SamsungClaudette, the article you've linked to above does not say anything about how to adjust the clock for daylight savings on Samsung washing machines, which is the question Steve was asking.
Can you please provide an actual answer to the question? Or alternatively ask the Samsung developers to provide a firmware fix to the washing machines which fixes this obvious bug?
It should be that the washing machines pick up the time from the SmartThings app and therefore adjust to daylight savings time, but currently this does not happen.

Tips & TricksNo, that article states how to set the load to finish at a particular time. But when the washing machine doesn’t appear to have a good understanding of the current time, the delayed start function won’t work properly. We need to know how to set or verify the correct time.

Tips & TricksCould you literally pass the info to someone somewhere as my machine in the UK has same issue. I know w exactly how they set a load but my 7:22 load finish this morning occurred at 8:22 because it's summer and my smart washing machine doesn't know about daylight saving.

Tips & TricksIt's crazy that we are not able to change the clock without contacting support. Daily light savings means that the clock is wrong nearly 50% of the year

Tips & TricksI have the same problem.
For years I just thought the delay end time was really rubbish.
I got my washing machine in winter, so there was no issue originally.
Later, when I phoned Samsung support they told me “the delay end time is just an estimate”..
I slowly started realising the delay end was fairly consistently an hour off.
There is another issue with delay end though, sometimes the delay end time continuously wanders forward by a minute every minute, so the cycle never actually starts. As far as I can tell, this bug is triggered when you pause a load (to add something) and then restart the load, so that the delay end should continue ticking down. Sometimes this bug happens, but sometimes it doesn’t. Maybe it’s based on how long you leave the load paused for…
