TV & AudioIt may sounds weird but this is what happened tonight and appreciated if the community has any comment and help:
Firstly, I have two Frame TVs (2022). All of sudden, while I was watching YouTube on TV 1, it started acting weird - basically it freeze and jumping between menu and Samsung TV Plus. I've tried everything I could (unplug/plug and etc) but TV simply cannot be controlled. Once it restarted, it goes to menu and switch to Samsung TV Plus automatically. I just couldn't control it therefore can't reset it by going to setting and simply do anything about it.
Then the next weird thing happens, the same Frame TV downstairs (TV 2) was working so I took the One Connect Box upstairs, basically swapping two OCB and trying to see if that's TV's issue or box's issue. Then like virus, that OCB became the same and have the same issue after I connect the box to the TV 1.
I took the OCB downstairs and reconnect to its original TV (TV 2), OMG, same problems.
Within 30 mins, both my Frame TVs are 'broken'!
Does anyone know what happened? Also do you know how to 'hard reset' the Frame TV, is there any physical 'reset button' on the box or TV?

TV & AudioHi! I just started experiencing exactly the same problems as characterised above. I lost control over my TV, it turns on and off itself. I cannot control it neither with my remote, nor on my phone. Does anybody know any solution?

TV & AudioI unplugged my TV for a whole night and it works again. Unplugging it for several minutes didn't solve the problem, it needed several hours. Maybe this will help somebody with similar issues.

TV & AudioSame issue with my Samsung Frame TV (2020 model). Has been flawless for 2-3 years we have owned it. Now, it's not usable. Can't perform factory reset as Home button does not work. With several people stating the same issue, I'm surprised there's not documented workaround in the forum. Samsung, please help.

TV & AudioUpdate: I contacted Samsung (via chat @ Samsung-members). Their resolution is to send someone onsite to my house. Ugh. Apparently there is no manual reset button for the one connect and/or FrameTV (infuriating).
I left the TV unplugged overnight (see Sartek's comment where this resolved the issue for him). That did not work.
Samsung initially wanted me to pay parts and labor costs & finally agreed to cover parts. When I was contacted by the 3rd party repair, I learned they want $140 "inspection" fee + $60 for 1st hour of work. So, $200 min to come to my house. No communication with technician before he comes to my house. No realistic estimate even with a complete description of the issue + reference to this thread.
Not excited about my prospects. Considering just throwing the TV away and buying a new one rather than throwing good money after bad. Would be awesome to get more current feedback from others on how they resolved this situation.
Will provide another update here with my progess (or lack thereof).

TV & AudioUpdate: Service tech came to my house today. Replaced main board on TV (not the one connect box) and replaced cable between TV and the one connect box. Following that, ran through set up (like a new TV). Art mode during setup failed (so skipped) following setup, Art mode did not work. Had to update software (took ~15mins). Then, when I tried to access Art mode, the message "Updating Art Mode" was displayed for a good 10 mins. Then, all good. TV seems to be working properly now.
Rather troubling that I had to spend $200 for this repair. I had taken extraordinary care to ensure that cable was not kinked. The tech had clearly done these exact replacements before. There's something systemic here.
Claudette, I will send email with the details requested. I would particularly appreciate a refund of my $200 spent on this. My time sunk in it is already lost...
