When my Galaxy Watch 4 is not connected to my Galaxy A12 but has an LTE connection I have been unable to send texts or make calls for a few weeks now and have been experiencing overheating and battery drain for ages when I am not in town where the reception is weak.

I am with Optus in Australia if that helps.

Hi @Samsung_Samuel, that's odd. Could you send through an error report for this to be looked into?

To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
  2. In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
  3. Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
  4. Click send.

@SamsungLaura I sent an error report about 2 days ago now and so far there has been no response.

I am having the same issue as are many others who have sent off error reports. Telstra One number connected, try to make it work with the phone off and phone on, reset watch and phone many times, watch sent back for fault finding and nothing found, new watch issued. When is Samsung going to recognise there is a problem and get this sorted. Calls work fine on LTE but nil ability to send or receive messages and also other notifications. Very frustrating to say the least.
