Galaxy Watch 4 Samsung Pay

Anyone having issue with using Samsung Pay on your Galaxy Watch 4? When I tap my Watch on the credit card machine, MRT and Bus, sometime it work and sometime it doesn't, when it doesn't, I need to turn off and on NFC in order for it to work.

Watch I will always make sure I have triggered Samsung Pay before I tap.

I always press and hold the back button to launch Samsung Pay but sometime it work and sometime it doesn't.

Where did u usually tap your watch on the reader ....Cos if I am not wrong..The NFC location is at top of the watch..At least it is for my active 2

I hover the my whole watch face onto the reader. No metallic straps that DOES interfere with the card readers.

Please check if it is a software issue? I strongly believe those that want to have a 1:1 exchange for hardware issues or manufacturing error would want to do it soon within their warranty period.

Hey Ethan, am on the same boat as you, it intermittently works making me (and those of you who share the same issue) look like an **bleep** holding up the queue for the bus and/or train.

I've googled this but nothing came up for the Watch 4, however I did try removing and re-adding whichever card that you use for transport. It still bears the same results for me. Hopefully it is a software issue.
