samsung health ecg . blood test cannot display chinese

hi team

i had a samsung watch 4 classic,

although s21 phone and watch set language to chinese, both ecg and blood test function display english on S21 samsung health and watch 4, all other functions on S21 samsung health and watch display chinese.

both S21 and watch bought in Australia.

any solution? thanks.

Could you please try resetting Samsung Health and Samsung Health Monitor. 

To do the reset please follow these steps.

Setting> App> Storage> Clear Data
