How to enable Wi-fi calling and VOLTE?

Help. I bought my Samsung Galaxy Note8 2 years ago unlocked from Samsung store. I have the latest updates. I just switched from Koodo to Freedom Mobile because of the good back to school deal. How do I enable these? I don't want to factory reset though.

Thanks everyone for the help. It works now. I had to change the csc which reset my phone but both VoLTE and Wi-Fi Calling are working now.
