So that one night I was trying to open my locked notes, but I had totaly forgotten the password because I hadn't opened it in a while. Then I tried to recover the password but it turned out that my samsung account got deactivated by the system because I had not logged in into the account for a while. So then I created a new account, with the exact same adress.
Then when I pressed on the locked notes I talked about early on, there's this statement saying that I can't open notes that belongs to another account.
Can anyone give out solutions or can samsung help me with this? Thank you in advance.
