I use bixby on my phone to control the volume of tv and sounbar etc.
Today Bixby misunderstood and set the volume to level 50, when I said 15. This has also happened before, but then Bixby said that 50 was pretty loud, and asked if I was sure. This gave me the possibility to stop the action. This did not happen to day, and the stereo almost brought the entire house down....
How can I get back a safety stop to avoid Bixby setting the volume to crazy levels?
Hi, Bixby may occasionally not respond to your voice commands.
Please try to clear the data for all of Bixby's system apps. Open Settings, and then tap Apps >> View system apps >> Tap Bixby Voice, and then tap Storage >> Tap Clear data, and then tap OK.
Repeat this process for Bixby Routines, Bixby dictation, and Bixby Vision. Once you have cleared the data, Bixby will be reset and will return to normal operation.
