In January 2025, I purchased a fridge and after I contacted Samsung Customer Service about my refrigerator door, which needed replacement. I was told they would ship a new door for installation.

Fast forward 8 months — my fridge is still not functional.
For months, I have been trying to connect with customer service almost every day. Every reply I get is a copy-and-paste response with no real action.

This situation is extremely upsetting. My patience has run out. A basic household appliance should not take this long to repair, especially when it was promised months ago.

Samsung, please take responsibility and resolve this immediately. I just want the product I paid for to be working.

If anyone has advice on how to escalate this issue effectively, please share.
