Community GuidelinesI own a plasma 58 inch tv that was power cycling before it died. My research is the issue is the power supply board ; more specifically the RTQ801S and RTQ802S thermistors ( post will not allow me to attach pic). The fuse on the board has blown as well

Community GuidelinesThanks for the reply but to be honest it will be too costly to diagnose and fix. I guess I will put that money towards a new TV.

Community GuidelinesHi Kennywho,
Welcome to the Samsung Members Community Canada.
Sorry to know about your Plasma TV. As suggested by jayman1973, "take the TV to a certified electronics shop for a complete diagnosis and repair as there are parts that owners would not be able to use to fix the TV themselves."
Below are few suggestions when Samsung Television won't turn on:
If your Samsung Television won't turn on, perform the troubleshooting steps below to rectify and resolve the issue.
- Check to ensure that the power cable is properly plugged in the TV and wall outlet.
- Please note:
• Always plug the TV power plug into a standalone power socket.
• If you are using a power board/surge protector, try plugging the TV directly to the wall outlet to check if the TV will turn on.
• Make sure the wall outlet is working and met with the voltage requirement (AC 220 – 240V 50/60Hz).
- Check the status of the standby light located on the lower right corner of the TV. The TV is receiving power if the standby light is on.
