A20 not mirroring to TCL Roku

Trying to mirror to TCL Roku and other does not work.  Phone keeps on saying to unplug the TV and plug back in.  What is wrong

HI Lor007, Could you explain to us how you are trying to mirror your smartphone to TV? Please restart your device and router and check if that solved your issue. Please note that the process of sharing your screen to a TV differs depending on the make and model of your TV.

TCL 40in Roku s325-ca. I have been on their support and have done all of the above to no avail a number of times. The TV is brand new.

Thanks for your explanation. Please note that the mirroring option is replaced with smart view and smart things apps on a Samsung device which is useful to connect with the Samsung TV. However, you can connect the Samsung smartphone with other products in Bluetooth mode. 
I suggest you to contact your TV provider to know the process to connect with the phone.
