Since this morning, my dad's phone (Samsung A16 5G) has been going into silent mode every time he makes a WhatsApp call. I've tried restarting the phone multiple times, resetting all settings, and even reinstalling WhatsApp, but nothing has worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

PS: my dad's phone have never been updated before this problem arise
