Hi cove,
Please follow the below steps on your phone and get back to us with the results.
1. Ensure you have paired to 2 Bluetooth Speakers.
2. Swipe down on your screen to access your Quick Panel and tap on Media
3. Ensure you have selected both Audio outputs to start playing music from both Bluetooth speakers
4. Once connected you will be able to play the same audio from both devices and adjust the volume with ease.

Hi cove,

Swipe down on your screen to access your Quick Panel and tap on Media (If you are unable to view the Media and Devices settings within your Quick Panel you may have disabled Show Media and Devices.)

- If you would like to enable this setting simply follow these quick and easy steps.

Swipe down to access Quick Panel and tap on the three-dot menu >> Tap on Quick panel layout >> Toggle on Show media and devices >> Once enabled you will be able to view Media and Devices in your Quick Panel.

>> Ensure you have selected both Audio outputs to start playing music from both Bluetooth speakers >> Once connected you will be able to play the same audio from both devices and adjust the volume.

Hey cove, I am having the same issue, also in Canada on the Bell network. Mine is a Galaxy s10, and the dual audio used to work for me just fine, then the option just disappeared. Where you ever able to get an answer for this that worked?
