Entering dual DNS values

If I want my phone to use 2 DNS values in Android Pie, say Google's 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. How do I enter these values?

you can only do that for wifi... you'd have to go into the settings of you remembered wifi connections to manually set the DNS
