Eror fingerprint A14 5G

What is the solution?

-. As adviced by the system please try to restart your phone.
-. If the fingerprint sensor still not working properly after restarting your phone, you should go to the nearest Samsung Service Center and consult with the customer service / technician staff.
-. Do you use screen guard / protection ? Make sure it's compatible with the fingerprint sensor.

If the phone using in-display fingerprint. Check if ur phone using AntiSpy Screen Protector or not.

If it use, then fingerprint will not working as expected, because all AntiSpy Scree Protector cannot be use for in-display fingerprint.

Only can be use for in-display fingerprint that use Ultrasonic sensor.

1. Restart device anda, dan coba daftarkan kembali
2. Kalibrasi ulang sensor fingerprint di Samsung Service Center terdekat, estimasi biaya nya adalah : Rp. 150.000,-

Untuk A14 5G letak sensor fingerprint ditombol power (samping). tdk ada hubungannya dengan layar harusnya ya?
