Hi, I'm just wondering if anyone knows why google assistant wont listen to me if my screen is off? It works from the lock screen but if my screen isn't on it won't respond. Really problematic when I'm driving and trying to change my music. Anyone know if theres a setting I can change that I'm just missing?
Under google assistant setting>> Assistant devices>> Your device>> make sure Hey google is turned on and you've trained voice match. also turn on lock screen personalized results. I'd suggest playing around with such settings. lmk if it works.
yeah I've done both of those, toggled them off and on and retrained my voice match. works fine most of the time but just doesn't activate at all if my screens off
Ir I'm having the same problem but worse but no more work she's just taking over vocally... not used to screens that are all Frozen all she does is read everything and she just took over everything's frozen I can't get to settings please help
