Can anyone help I'm trying to locate hangout on my phone it's a A50...I have received a message that it is installed on my phone but there is no icon that links the app. Can anyone tell me where I can locate the app and create a shortcut to it?

go to app drawer or slide the screen up on homescreen, the at the top there is a search bar type hangouts

can't take a screen shot for some reason...when I tried to download it I recieve the message it was already installed...I've searched my files but to no avail

If it's saying on the Play Store that it's already installed - You can just click on "open" in the Play Store - When you search for it in the App Drawer you should see what is in the screen shot posted here.

well I tried it and I received the message open in play store app ...which I tried to do but nothing opened...oh well
