Hello,

Is there a way to save voicemail messages permanently instead of repeatedly saving the messages daily? Recently, I forgot to save an important message and it's no longer available. Is it possible to retrieve expired messages?

Thanks in advance.

Hi SungSamA70,

Please try the below steps and check.

Open your phone app >> click on Voicemail >> Go down and click on “Deleted Messages” where you will get the list of all deleted voicemails that can be recovered >> Now click on the voicemail that you wish to save and then press on “Undelete” button to recover them.

Hi Kinsley,

What a relief to know it's possible!

When I open the phone app, I don't see a Voicemail option, just the usual usage, app settings, and advanced. Searched phone settings, too.

On my A50, voicemail is in the settings of the phone app. None of the other stuff is there.

Thanks for sharing. It's odd that this function isn't standard in the phone app. of the A50 if it's possible to access deleted voicemails on other Samsung Galaxy phones.
