I am using Samsung Flow both on my Windows 10 PC and my Galaxy A9 (2018).

Since yesterday I can't use my PC keyboard inside of screencast of Samsung Flow connected to my Galaxy.

For example, if I open WhatsApp app on my Galaxy and try to use my PC keyboard to send a message, it doesn't write. I have to use the mouse to manually select each character of the Samsung keyboard which is painful.

I updated Samunsg Flow app on both PC and Galaxy, and the problem persists.

Is there any solution?

Thanks

Hi, please check the below settings:

Go to setting >> General Management >> Language and Input >> On-screen keyboard >> Default Keyboard >> Swipe to ON the On-screen keyboard.

Then you will able to use the keyboard (physical one or the on-screen one) on both your smart-phone and PC.

Also, please check the phone notification synced to the PC, you can directly screen-share through the phone’s notification app.

Hope this helps.

  1. Install Samsung Flow: Make sure you have installed Samsung Flow on both your PC and your Samsung smartphone or tablet. You can download the application from the official Samsung website or through the respective app stores for your devices.

  2. Pair your devices: Open Samsung Flow on both your PC and your Samsung device. Follow the instructions provided by the application to establish a connection between the two devices. Typically, this involves scanning a QR code displayed on the PC using your Samsung device's camera.

  3. Enable Keyboard Sharing: Once the devices are paired, ensure that you have enabled the keyboard sharing feature in Samsung Flow settings. On your Samsung device, open Samsung Tech Flow, go to Settings, and make sure the "Keyboard Sharing" option is toggled on.

Thanks for the suggestions.

The problem was solved simply by clicking at random positions of the screencast of Samsung Flow. I think it was due to having had the focus elsewhere.

I too have a keyboard problem, but somewhat different.

i have samsung flow on my samsung galaxy and samsung flow on my laptop.

i've been asked for the language that i wanted to use, so i stated Dutch.  But i could only go for Dutch Dutch, and now i can't use my actual azerty keyboard from my computer in the samsung flow app.  Can i change the keyboard settings somewhere in the app  in Windows ?  The app on my phone works correctly.   Perhaps it would have been wiser of Samsung to add also Belgium instead of Dutch, since we use azerty like the French citizens.
