Try to clear your cache partition in recovery mode. It's always good to do this after every update.

You can also try to reset your network settings.

Hey bigl187,
Please perform the reset network settings on your phone.
Go to Settings> General Management> Reset> Reset Network Settings> Reset settings.
This will reset all network settings, including those for Wi-Fi, Mobile Data, Bluetooth.

Then, perform the wipe cache partition of the device and check if it works.
- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key.
- When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
- An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear.
- Press the Volume down key several times to highlight Wipe cache partition.
- Press Power key to select.
- Press the Volume down key to highlight Yes, then press the Power key to select.
- When the process is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
- Press the Power key to restart the device.
