My husband has a galaxy a5 (2017) sm-a520w. We are unable to find out how to access low battery notification (sound) on this device. Any ideas

You can use an app like Ampere (what I use) from the Play Store - and you can set up the percentage for when you want the alert & select the Notification tone you want 🐧
