Galaxy AJust jumping in late to this topic.
I have an A32 as well and have experienced the same issues with not being able to receive or make calls. All other features of the phone work fine. Have been restarting my phone nearly every 4 hours to reset it to make it work.
I found that over the holidays I had no issues at all. Interesting I was in a different state. I reside in Tas and was visiting Vic
I've performed a factory reset the other week and it's made no difference.
I assume no one has had any luck with a solution as yet?

Galaxy AHi Mal. Still no luck here. I have become fed up enough that on Friday I lodged a formal complaint, 15 pages of Telstra chat transcripts and 6 pages of Samsung chat transcripts with the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman. I now have a case manager (lol) with Telstra who contacted me yesterday and today and who is passing all info onto their tech team. They (and I) have 15 business days to mediate and try to come to a solution before the TIO contact me again. The last I heard from Samsung was that I need to take or mail the phone to them to assess because none of the log files showed anything. They tried to get me to do more 'silent' log files within 3 minutes of the phone going from good to bad but once was enough of that for me and that showed nothing anyway. Oh well, will get back to you again with an update when/if anything changes. As you said it is tempting but expensive to splash out on 2 new phones so trying everything else first. I did purchase a $129 Telstra branded 5g phone which works fine but that's not the point. Cheers, Pam

Galaxy ASo I gather on your trip your phone still had a fit then and misbehaved. I was temporarily hopeful for you.
I'll stay tuned for an update.

Galaxy Ahahaha I do admin 🙂 (well I did before retirement and still remember how lol). One of the several issues the Ombudsman WILL help with is
- faults, dropouts and poor coverage
During the 15 days away, travelling through Victoria, NSW and Qld the phones both worked PERFECTLY!! I still believe it is a Riverland tower problem since 3g shutdown.
Cheers, Pam

Galaxy AHi Mal
Had a discussion with an actual HUMAN at Telstra today. She is saying our A22 4g phones are NOT Blue Tick and she totally believes the issue is a device issue not a Telstra issue. I've always been totally on the ball buying Blue Tick phones and I usually keep boxes, receipts etc but can't find them right now. Just wondering if your A32 is Blue Tick? If not, she may darned well be correct about the cause of our problems. Let me know when you have a chance please.
