I need help, mobile data is not working...i already did network setting reset...what should i do now?

Mas okay pg pupuntahan mo..dalhin mo resibo kc sayang yung warranty. May mga stores na need ng appointment online..check mo nalng kung saan ang pinaka malapit na samsung care/store sa location mo then try to message or call them first.

This problem happened after the Android 13 update, and the battery drained fast, I already updated of monthly security update dated January 2023, and nothing's happened to improved about the issue. Wasting hard earned money.

Did you send an error report after experiencing these issues pagkatapos mo mag upgrade ng software?

Same issue with my s21u. I need to switch between 5g to lte lalo sa Baguio very unstable yong data connection nila. sa Manila, hindi naman, nagagamit ko yong 5g network pero dito sa Baguio hindi. Try nyo i switch yong network nyo sa LTE/3G/2G instead nang 5G/LTE/3G/2G baka mag work.
