I recently bought Samsung A52s but it can't take screenshot using power button (side key) + volume down. When I do it, it will take me to the choices of power off, restart, emergency mode, and side key settings.

Then I trying to googling it and everyone says that in Samsung A52s we can use power button + volume down to take screenshot.

Iirc when I try it the first time, a small popup notification appears that said: "Trying to take screenshot? ..." I can't recall what is the next text because it disappear before I read it.

I really want to take screenshot using buttons rather than palm swipe, assistant menu, or Bixby because the buttons allows you to take screenshot even if you still press and hold the screen. Or is there any other method to do that?

Normally, the power menu will appear when you hold down the side button and volume down. If you want to take a screenshot just press and release the side key and volume down without holding it down.
