Galaxy AHi samrn,
Make sure that you have disabled the Do not disturb option. As you are still having the issue, please backup the phone data to Samsung cloud or to the PC using smart switch software then perform factory reset. Also, remove Google and Samsung account before factory reset.
Back up to Samsung cloud: https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphones-how-to-back-up-your-dev...
Link for Smart switch: https://www.samsung.com/ca/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-back-up-your-devi...
Steps for factory data reset:
Go to Settings>> tap on General management>>Tap on Reset>>Tap on Factory data reset>>tap on Reset>>Confirm that you understand about all data being lost and cannot be recovered. Tap on Delete All.
Thanks @lpo2020, @mytech and @CHMultimedia for your responses.
