Galaxy AHi Zanoxi,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with audio playback on your Galaxy A35 following the update to One UI 8.0. We understand how important sound quality is, especially when using Bluetooth headphones or speakers, and we regret that this issue has reoccurred after being previously resolved.
To help improve your experience while awaiting a permanent fix, we recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps:
-
Reset Bluetooth connections: Remove all paired Bluetooth devices under Settings > Connections > Bluetooth, then re-pair them.
-
Clear Bluetooth cache and data: Go to Settings > Apps > Show system apps > Bluetooth > Storage, and clear both cache and data. Restart your device afterward.
-
Check Sound settings: Under Settings > Sounds and vibration > Sound quality and effects, try adjusting the equalizer or disabling/enabling Dolby Atmos to see if playback improves.
-
Update software: Ensure your device is running the latest firmware, as Samsung frequently issues patches to address audio and connectivity issues.
-
Safe Mode test: Restart your phone in Safe Mode to rule out interference from third-party apps affecting audio playback.
-
Reset network settings: Navigate to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings. This will refresh Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and mobile data configurations.
-
Test with wired headphones: If possible, compare playback using wired headphones to confirm whether the issue is isolated to Bluetooth audio.
