Samsung A70 - camera flash not working

Hi! 

Anyone else experiencing this?

When I try to take a picture with the flash, majority of the time the flash is blacked out or only gives me the option for "Auto-flash"

Is there a way I can manually have the flash on whenever I want?

What app are you using for this? It sounds like a setting somewhere would fix it.
