I've just got a Samsung Galaxy A16 5G and it will not connect to my Vauxhall Astra (2017) via bluetooth.
I've not had this problem with any other phone including my partner's new iPhone, a new Motorola mobile my company has just given me, or my previous Galaxy mobile from my company which was relatively new.
I've tried switching the car on/off, switching the A16 bluetooth on/off but it will not connect.
The bluetooth searches and finds all kinds of things including TV sets but not my phone.

I got my Samsung phone 2 days ago. I carry to the company I brought it from with the same problem and was informed that for your Samsung A16 phone to work on your car navigation system( for example ) your vehicle must be a 2021 through 2025. He even showed me on my phone where it started that. I don't know what part of the phone he was in when he showed me that information.
