Sim card keeps on getting network locked

Since yesterday, I was out of the country and the night before it was working perfectly fine until I woke up the next morning with a message on my phone saying that my phone/network was locked and I can't use any service. I've tried getting 2 new Sim cards from Boost and 15 minutes later after activating them, they would get networked locked again. I'm out of the country and I really need my service back so I can continue traveling

We are sorry to hear this issue from you and that definitely sounds like a frustrating situation, especially while you're traveling.It sounds like your A35 may be SIM-locked or region-locked, which is why new Boost SIMs also get network locked after activation abroad.

Please contact Boost support via Wi-Fi to confirm your device’s unlock status and ask if there are any international restrictions.
