Galaxy A
Hi there, today I have made a back up of my phone on a SD card to do a factory reset on it, to refresh it after 4 year. I have use smartswitch, but it doesn't allow me to get my files back, it says they have been encrypted under an other account. Which I don't understand coz I'm using the same Gmail adresse
Any tip that could help me?

Step 1: Insert the SD card into a Samsung phone device(or any other android phone) and restart the phone.
Step 2: Go to the phone settings and click the Lock screen and security.
Step 3: Scrow down and choose the Decrypt SD card option.
Step 4: Enter your password and wait patiently for the decryption process to complete.

Galaxy AHi karlrick,
Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with your encrypted Samsung SD card.
Is the data showing and is it available, as you have recovered most of them are the my files showing any error message?
Thank you.
