Hi folks!
I've been observing the new Galaxy A55 5G way before it actually got released, and I've been seeing those leaks that I believe you guys saw it as well.
I don't have a lot to say or complain when it comes to Samsung's midrange smartphone, I mean, it's midrange. What premium features can I expect? (Am I right?) Tbf, their midrange smartphone are actually quite good. Especially the Galaxy A52s 5G that I've used a long time ago, and I still have it, btw. It was my first Samsung device, and for me, it was actually good for a midrange smartphone (come from an iPhone user)
Sure, we all heard about the unexpected heat or the most popular problem that the users faced were the famous back cover that somehow got out of its place. Whether it's a huge problem or not, it was Samsung that we're talking about. It's just unexpected, to me at least.

Okay, now back to the topic.

The new Galaxy A55 5G.
When I saw it for the first time, all I could say was, "Why Samsung?"
Glass front and back, aluminum frame, 6,6" screen, SA screen 120hz. Those are great!
With Exynos 1480 (not the best compare to the competitors, but it's still okay)

I just don't understand why they decided to put this.

I'm talking about the speed bump on the side of the phone.
I don't understand why they decided to put that thing with the side and volume buttons.
I don't know the purpose of that thing there. Is it important or a crucial part of the phone that it needs to be there?
Somebody explain the purpose of that thing, please!
Some people may think that it's okay and I was too much about it. But I just don't understand a thing at all.
I'm getting used to large bezels on their mid-range smartphone (even tho most competitors don't have large bazels on their mid-range), but this?
I don't know, I don't have a clue.
And tbh, I don't like it. You may, but I don't.

Nevertheless, it's still a good phone.
It's Samsung's, after all.
This is just my opinion about their newest mid-range, I know that some of you may feel different, and I would love to read your opinions about it too. So, don't forget to put your piece of mind in the comment section.
And, please! If any of you knows anything about the purpose of that side button thing, put it in the comment section so that everyone can read it and know about it as well.
If you have the Galaxy A55 5G, I would love to hear about your opinions using the device. Put your pros and cons down there!

Thank you!

p.s : it's 1:45 a.m when I posted it 😵
