Why Split screen and Pop up view not working?

I updated my phone recently and suddenly I cant find split screen and pop up view feature? Usually if the phone is too hot it would be written like "your phone ia too hot, wait your phone to cool down before using this feature". But now, there is no option for the both feature at the logo. There is only App info and keep open. Anyone know how to solve this? Thank you in advance!

Me too, cant find split or pop up view after update (android 11 one ui 3.1)

My problem resolved! You can try activate your developer option in setting and choose "Force application to be resizable". Saw this trick on Reddit and it works!

Hi, have you tried accessing thru status information in about phone? Then tap 7 times. I tried this in my tablet and it works 😁
