Having issues with Galaxy Book 4 fingerprint. Inconsistent login experience, sometimes windows lockscreen from bootup asks for a fingerprint, some times it does not and automatically logs into account without password entry.

This might be related to the software instead of the hardware (i.e., the fingerprint reader can read your fingerprint just well), therefore, we recommend posting your question on Microsoft's online forum for better assistance or contacting Microsoft's support team before contacting Samsung's customer support team.
I'll contact Microsoft no issue. The fact remains your device I purchased does not work with Microsoft OS as intended. As a consumer I should not have to deal with it. Product testing should have been more diligent with Microsoft
