I have accidentally locked my Samsung Galaxy Book2 Pro by implementing a BIOS admin password I can't remember.
So I tried to reset the BIOS to factory settings, like I already did on a desktop computer : removing the CMOS battery.
However, I opened the Book2 Pro 15 and removed everything (motherboard, battery, fans, etc.), but I could not find the "circular watch battery" (a CR2032 I think).
When I enter threr wrong passwords, I don't have a "code", I have a different QR code each time, and the messages "Unlock code" and "Contact Samsung Service Center". I tought it could be solved by Samsung Service by giving them the QR code and they could give me the "unlock code", but apparently the support does not know the solution...
I also tried bios-pw.org and so much websites with no success.
I specify I can't boot the computer to Windows, I'm stuck to the boot phase, so I can't execute any program or do anything on Windows itself.
This is as far as I went.
If someone could help me, I would be really grateful :)
