My keyboard on my galaxy book s stopped working one day, after doing the windows 11 update, I thought that the update was finished and I restarted my computer, but the update didn't go through. I then started using a Bluetooth keyboard for a few days, which was going fine until my laptop turned off and now it won't turn back on. sometimes when my laptop turns off I need to hold down the "F3" and "volume down" keys to turn it back on, but since the keyboard isn't working I can't hold down the "F3" key, and now my laptop is turned off and I will not turn back on. anyone have experience with either issue? I.e keyboard not working after update and/ or laptop not powering on properly?
