Poor wifi performance on Galaxy Book 3

I recently purchased a Galaxy Book3 360, and when I brought it home I noticed the internet speeds were very slow on it.  Running a speed test, it was at >1Mbps while other devices on the network were at 50+Mbps.  I upgraded the router in our home and things seemed to work better for a bit, but today the Galaxy Book3 was running slow again.  I clocked it at 10-30Mbps, while other devices were in the 250-300Mbps range.  I've checked to ensure the drivers are updated to the latest, I've tried doing a factory reset of the network adapters, and I've tried setting the preferred band to 5Ghz to avoid conflicting with other devices, but none of those seem to have made a difference in performance. Any other suggestions on what I may be able to do to fix this?

How are you doing your speed tests? Are you close to your new router with an unobstructed line of sight to the router?

Are you using Ookla for your speed tests? https://www.speedtest.net/

Have you tried connecting to other wifi networks and see if you still have poor performance?

I am having the same issue, Dell XPS and Lenovo units work fine.  Is there a fix?  Hoping to find a solution other than returning the Galaxy Book3 360

Hi There, I have a similar issue with my brand new Samsung 360 Pro 3... Even when i am sitting in the room with the router, max i get is 2 bars for WiFi, while all other devices, cell phone, ipad, etc have full signal strength and data speeds.

I am having the exact same issue.  I love the internet speeds but the download speed is horrendous.

Same problem here.  Max 100mbps on the download. My old hp was pulling 300.  Nothing wrong with router or internet service. I've had the book3 for a week and will probably return it because of this.

Anyone found a solution? It's realy bad. A tab S9+ on exact the same place has perfect connection. The book3 is super bad......

Has anyone checked to see if there are newer drivers for the WiFi chipset available?

Or simply going into device manager, deleting the WiFi component but KEEPING the existing drivers, then rebooting?
