Bought a Galaxy Tab A6 at a yard sale and cannot get it to open. It needs the original email address used to register it. The woman doesn't know. How do I go about getting it up and running?

@Ronald55, the best suggestion you could try is taking it to a certified Samsung Electronics Repair Shop. They may be able to access the main software and get it operating again. Anything is worth a try.

Take it to a mobile klinic location they do Samsung repairs there and they might be able to reset the phone!
