Galaxy NoteFurther more, so has Optus and Vodafone.
It would appear your issue is with Telstra, not Samsung, since Telstra still hasn't released it.

Perhaps you should have done what I suggested and gone and taken a look at it.
How can you expect an update, if Telstra hasn't released it from their own testing?
