When I first set up my voice password, it was working okay, but with minor glitches wherein it refuses to accept my voice password sometimes. Then I decided to change my password thinking maybe Bixby would respond better to a simpler word like "ring" .. It didn't and when I reverted back to my old password, it hasn't recognized it ever since I tried to change it.. So disappointing for such an expensive phone..
Hey @Jo55, the issues with Bixby has been reported a lot this week. To help us troubleshoot, could you submit a device error report when Bixby does not recognize your voice password again? From the Samsung Members application, tap the “Feedback” icon. Tap the Pen icon and then submit an “Error report”. Thanks!
seems there are more problems after the recent update. When I ask Bixby to turn the flashlight on, it first does it. But the flashlight will automatically be turned off after the Bixby page is gone. it does not stay turned on. Also, I have the problem with the Voice Password as well. It's not working these days. Will need to be fixed soon
