Hi Samsung, 

  • Can you please explain to me why myself and other users internationally are having hinge issues with the galaxy book series. I've had mine for less than 6 months and the hinge has completely broke. This was actually after I got it serviced by your warranty team because the hinge was having issues earlier before it completely broke. So even after your warranty team had tried to fix it it completely broke. Now I am being told that I have to pay for the repairs associated with a defective product. This is completely unacceptable and fraud. Can you please assist me in getting this ramified because as of right now this is unacceptable and I will not be promoting Samsung ever again that includes all devices, if this is not dealt with.

Disturbing that a company like Samsung won't stand behind their products. I'm glad I bought Alienware windows based devices.
