Have you recently updated your device's software version (remember to always keep your software version updated!)? If so, don't forget to always do a CLEAR CACHE PARTITION via SAFE MODE. (See procedure here: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-galaxy-note20-ultra-5g/wipe-cache/) Doing so will always refresh your system and avoid performance issues on your device. Try also clearing the data cache of your apps via the "settings".
