Galaxy Note
Hi
I recently updated my note 5 with the latest software, first bad experience was, it took 24 hours to get to full charge. I did a factory reset on my phone and the charging time went back to normal which is good news, however when I tried to download new language for my keypad, I am not able to do so, it keeps saying 0% downloading and nothing is happening. I have restarted the phone and also I have tried to add new language in safe mode but so far no luck, I asked a friend who has S8 and he is able to download new languages with no issues and he also is using the new update.
Please write back if you know the solution or have the same problem.
by the way I went on this live chat with Samsung and they were not able to help me, one of them actually said, when there is new firmware upgrade, you lose some features and then you gain some features, which in my opinion is not accurate.

Don't know if this is the solution - but it might be worth a shot - Settings - Apps - Show System Apps (3 Dot Menu top right) - Download Manager and Clear Cache & Data - Reboot & see if it works now 🐧
