My lock screen shortcuts set for phone and camera but it keep changing to whatsapp and internet every time I change it to phone and camera that mean the phone and camera shortcuts it didn't last a day then change back to whatsapp and internet. I reset my phone but this issue still there. is there a solution for this problem.

Hi Samsung_OVVCj2c, Please check the Bixby routines. Pull down the notification panel and slide it to the left. Tap on “Bixby Routines” underneath the icon. Tap “Details”. Select the “My routines” tab. Slide the switch to deactivate if there is any routine that causing this issue.
