Note 10 issues

Got my new note 10 from the local website and the right earpiece of the wired earphones doesn't have any sound. Also, i can't get past through bank calls that requires certain numbers to be pressed. It is quite frustrating for a brand new note 10 eh?

i think you should visit the nearest samsung service center so you can check if it is defective or not. I think AKG earphone have 1 year warranty upon purchase

Report it to Samsung as soon as possible since peripherals has a shorter warranty then the phone.
