Galaxy NoteHi @Riksta, there's a couple steps you can take to check the battery health of your Note10+:
- Do an interactive check, which will tell you if there are any internal issues or deviations with your battery. To do this, open the Samsung Members app > Get help > Interactive checks > Battery. If Life or Capacity shows up blue, your battery is working at typical capacity. If yellow or red, I would recommend sending an Error report through the Samsung Members app.
- If you want to check and change how your battery is being used in your device, you can do this through Settings> Battery and device care > Battery. This can definitely help with battery performance.
For warranty information, please see this link: https://www.samsung.com/au/support/warranty/
You can also directly contact us to check if your Note10+ is still under warranty. I would recommend registering your device to your Samsung Account to make this a smoother process.
Hope this helps! :)
