I had an update 2 days ago for this month's security patch. Is your phone network locked?

Sorry, what do you mean by "phone network locked" - if that's being on a postpaid plan with a mobile carrier then yes.

Yup. Mine is unlocked. Maybe try using the PC app. Smart Switch I think is its name.

Yup that's my last resort. It's just odd, my mom's S10+ received updates often and we have the same postpaid service. 🤣
