Note 8 september patch(Freedom Mobile)

Hey!! Am i the only one who did'nt got sept patch on my note 8 yet or is it with everyone.
Cause i saw a new listting from rogers which includes october patch on this 15th.
Whats going on, why their is no sept patch yet.
These are flagship mobiles & no one cares about that😑😕
