Try resetting settings before you reset your phone. When you go to setting search for reset settings. If its happening because you changed a setting, this should fix your problem. If not you can try factory reset as @snowcat19 suggested.
it's still happening... I'm thinking about bring it back to the store and see if they can run a diagnostic test. I'm more concerned about Bixby randomly crashing and the error message that popped up when I was on idle. 😕
go to vibration intensity setting turn off or move all the way to the left the vibration feedback and notification if you dont want your phone to vibrate
