My pop up view closes automatically on my note 10+ when I exit out of the app in the background

Is there a toggle to keep the pop up view always opened?

Hi @kang8690, and welcome of Samsung Members:)

One of the main purposes of the Smart Pop-Up View is to let you know when the app of your choice has a notification!

I don't think such a toggle exists natively.  All pop-ups will close when the home button is pressed. However, when pressing the back icon, the pop-up window will not close, meaning that the pop-up window would technically remain if pressing the back icon would close the app.

Keep in mind the back button only closes some apps, and things like the internet browser will only go back a page when its pressed. I've attatched a link to a reference of how to use the pop up view:https://www.samsung.com/au/support/mobile-devices/using-the-smart-pop-up-view-on-the-galaxy-s10/
