Question on Zoom Feature for Note 20 Ultra

How can I use more than 10x zoom on Note 20 Ultra? When I'm on picture mode (1st pic) I can only do up to 6x zoom and when on video mode (2nd pic) I can only do up to 10x. I'm also looking for the tree/s icons that show up on the Samsung video tutorial (3rd pic) but as you can see from my pictures they don't appear. I don't have that much knowledge with this and I hope someone can help me.

hey, that is because you are on 106 mp mode, at this resolution, the zoom is limited. to have more zoom please switch back to normal modes

also, when you are on video mode, make sure you are at a resolution that the three cameras use if you want to all use them in one video.
i personally use 4k at 30fps on my s20+
